We design and build custom AI systems for law firms on MyCase — document intake that files itself, case reviews that run weekly instead of monthly, and automations shaped to your exact workflows. At the end of the build, you own all of it.
We start from your workflows — your case naming conventions, your review forms, your intake team's rules — and build to fit them exactly. No “configuring” a generic tool to approximate how you work.
The engagement ends with a handover: source code, data, documentation, and the trained automations. No per-seat licenses, no perpetual fees, no vendor holding your operations hostage.
We build on top of the practice-management system you already run. Where its API stops short, our browser agents pick up — so the automation covers what your staff actually do, not just what an API allows.
Practice-management software is the system of record, but the work that keeps a firm healthy still leans on human memory and manual effort. That's where files slip.
Every summons, court filing, and creditor letter has to be opened, identified, matched to its case, renamed, uploaded, calendared, and routed to the right person. It's slow, and one miss can cost a case.
When every case manager sees every case's messages, no one truly owns any of them. A client can sit unanswered for days without anyone noticing — until they escalate.
Periodic case reviews mean a staff member digging through calls, notes, invoices, and documents to answer a checklist — hours of careful work per pass, so even the most diligent team can only run them monthly.
Off-the-shelf integrations only reach what MyCase's API exposes. Applying workflows, reading form schemas, checking court dockets — real firm work lives beyond it.
These are the first two modules running in production today, built around one firm's real operations. None of this replaces your team — it takes the tedious, repetitive work off their desks so their hours go to clients and judgment calls, and the firm can take on a growing caseload without hiring just to keep up with the paperwork.
Scanned mail lands in the firm's Google Drive; minutes later it's classified, matched, and filed. The AI reads each PDF, identifies the document type against the firm's own mail catalog, and finds the matching MyCase case.
The firm's periodic case-file review — a checklist staff fill for every open case — now drafts itself. The system gathers the evidence behind every checklist item: calls, notes, time entries, invoices, documents, calendar, tasks, even the court's register of actions.
Most legal-tech integrations stop at the practice-management API. Firms don't. Our platforms are engineered to cover the whole workflow.
Your case data is indexed into a fast local mirror, so reviews and searches run instantly across thousands of open cases without hammering MyCase.
Where the API stops — applying MyCase workflows, capturing form templates, checking court dockets — dedicated browser agents do what a staff member would, reliably and on schedule, running from a small dedicated machine in your own office.
New automations launch in review mode: the AI proposes, your staff approve with one click — and every correction they make teaches the system. Autonomy is earned per task, with caps and a master pause switch, and full auto only when the firm green-lights it.
Case-name prefixes, mail priority rules, review cadences, filing-name formats — the unwritten rules that make your firm run are captured in code, so they outlast staff turnover.
A debt-defense and consumer-protection practice with thousands of open cases came to us with familiar problems: a daily stack of scanned mail that took staff hours to identify and file, case-file reviews that were falling behind, and client messages slipping through because every case manager saw every case's inbox.
We built their platform module by module. Document intake shipped first — every scanned PDF is now read by AI, matched to its case, filed to MyCase and Drive under the intake team's exact naming convention, calendared when it carries a deadline, and routed to the assigned case manager. Staff approved each action for weeks before switching it to auto mode.
Case review came next. The firm's review checklist — client contact, expenses invoiced, settlement posture, court docket — is now drafted automatically from evidence across the whole case file, with each case manager seeing exactly their own caseload and any client left waiting flagged at the top.
The result isn't a smaller team — it's the same team doing more valuable work. Hours that went into sorting mail and compiling reviews now go into clients and cases, and the firm can grow its caseload without growing admin headcount to match.
The firm chose a fixed-scope build over a subscription. When the engagement completes, the platform — code, data, and automations — belongs to them.
from a document arriving in the mailbox to being classified, filed, calendared, and routed to the right case manager.
case-file reviews, drafted by AI with cited evidence and confirmed by staff — every open case, every week.
unanswered client messages are surfaced per case manager, with waiting time, instead of drowning in a shared inbox.
by the firm at completion — source code, data, and every trained automation. No ongoing license.
We work as your firm's AI engineering partner — a defined program with a fixed monthly fee, not open-ended consulting hours and not a subscription that never ends. Every phase ships something your staff use the same month.
Deep dive into your workflows, conventions, and bottlenecks. Secure connection to MyCase and your systems, the data foundation, and the platform your team will work in.
The highest-leverage automation ships first — for most firms, document intake. It launches in review mode, with your staff approving every action while the system learns from their corrections.
The next module — case review, or whatever your priorities dictate — while the first is refined against real daily use and earns its autonomy. This is where the automations settle into the rhythm of how your firm actually runs.
Testing, staff training, and documentation — then transfer: source code, infrastructure, and IP move to the firm. Optional ongoing support after that — your call, not a lock-in.
Built on globally distributed, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.
Role-based access, scoped API keys for every integration, and a logged record of every automated action — who, what, when, and why.
Rate caps on every automation, a master pause switch, sandboxed testing mode, and error alerts to your team's chat the moment anything needs a human.
No — it makes MyCase work harder. MyCase stays your system of record; everything the platform does files back into it. Your staff keep working where they already work, with the busywork done before they arrive.
Yes. We started with MyCase because our first firm runs on it, and we've built deep expertise there — including working past its API limits. The same architecture applies to other practice-management systems; discovery determines what's involved for yours.
Generic tools make your firm adapt to their features, charge per seat forever, and keep the product when you leave. We build to your workflows, charge for the build, and hand you the keys. Your firm's encoded know-how becomes an asset on your side of the table — one competitors on the same generic tools don't have.
A fixed monthly fee across a defined, phased build — set by scope at discovery, comparable to a single staff hire, and it ends. No per-seat licenses and no perpetual subscription. We'll give you a precise figure after a discovery call, and we'll tell you honestly if we're not a fit.
The platform itself runs on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. The browser agents — the part that works past the API's limits — run on a small dedicated computer (a Mac mini or similar) that we set up and manage, plugged in at your office, under your roof and on your network. If you already have a spare machine at the office, we're happy to set that up for it instead.
Client documents are processed in your own private infrastructure with encryption throughout, scoped access, and complete audit logs. AI models process documents to classify and extract — your data isn't used to train anyone else's models, and everything remains under the firm's control and ownership.
It will, occasionally — which is why nothing ships fully autonomous on day one. Every automation starts in review mode with staff approving each action, shows its reasoning on every decision, and is capped and pausable at all times. Every correction your staff make feeds back into how the system behaves, so it gets steadily better at doing the right thing on its own — and full autonomy only switches on when the firm decides the track record has earned it.
A 30-minute call: we'll walk you through the platform live, hear how your firm handles mail, messages, and reviews today, and tell you plainly what a build for your firm would look like.
